End of October In A Vineyard

I painted at the Sunnybrae Vineyard near Salmon Arm late October.  Autumnal colours were in abundance!

 An amazing place to visit.  

You can take yourself on self guided walks thru the vineyard and then enjoy wine or expresso served in their shop.  The exterior seating is heated and they supply extra cushions and blankets.

When I’m out doing pleine aire, I usually work on two paintings at a time.  This way layers can dry.  But this day it was so moist and cold the paint didn’t dry at all!

 This is going to become a favourite spot to paint and visit at!
