This is a painting of my mother the spring she passed away.  She was a gardener extraordinaire!  She loved to research the many plants she selected for her garden.  Mom's garden  was a beautiful space to sit, reflect, read and visit in.  Susan was happiest (piyey) surrounded by the colours, scents and textures of her garden.
