In this painting, Ted and his daughter Winnie are out for a walk in a time before iPhones.  Ted is carrying his newspaper and happily chatting with his daughter when this photo was snapped.  Looking back and knowing what I now know about my family histories and how it all intersected with me, makes me feel like a time traveller!
